By filling out this form and submitting it to our office, you have authorized us to forward this information to all paid wedding professionals listed on our directory. We will immediately forward the information you provided to all of our members asking them to send you information on their services and products. We cannot guarantee which companies will send the information and in what time frame you will receive their information. To be eligible to win the monthly drawing, winners must be able to present proof of booking any wedding professional (does not have to be a vendor listed on Lexington-FayetteWeddings.com) with receipt date after the submission of this express form. Lexington-FayetteWeddings.com directory associates and immediate family are not eligible to win. Drawings are completed randomly and on a monthly basis. Lexington-FayetteWeddings.com is claims no resonsibility for problems or situations with the participating vendor, products, or services. If applicable, prize is limited to contributing vendor service area only, and must be presented within 2 years of date awarded.

Please note: All listings, banners, and leases are subject to availability and webmaster approval. Banners are leased for 12 months. After 12 months, an invoice is sent to all members giving them the opportunity to lease, if no responses are received within 7 days, the current leasee may opt to keep the banner for an additional 12 months. If you would like a banner on a page already containg one, you may be put on a waiting list to receive that banner. Page placement is not guaranteed. All listings may be rotated on a periodic or per-click basis to insure fairness to all members.
